2 Returns, Cancellations, and Changes to Your Order

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you have made a mistake or changed your mind about a stole you have ordered, please contact me as soon as possible. I do not accept returns for mistakes in the order.

RETURN POLICY
I have very high quality standards, but will occasionally make a mistake. When I do, I usually catch it before the stole is finished, and if I cannot fix it, I start over, and you will never know there was a problem. However, if I do not catch a mistake and you receive a stole that is the wrong length* or there is a flaw in the design, I am eager to do what I can to make it right. Please contact me right away if something is not as you expect.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT FINISHED LENGTHS WILL BE WITHIN 1 INCH OF ORDERED LENGTH

If you just decide you do not like the stole, that's okay. You may return it in pristine condition, fully insured, at your expense within 14 days. NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM-SIZED DEACON STOLES OR ORDERS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED IN ANY WAY. When I receive the stole I will allow an exchange for something of equal value, less shipping charges.

NOTE: I cannot accept returns that are not in pristine condition. Do not return a stole that has pet hair, dust or lint on it, or that smells of smoke, cooking odors, or of a fragrance you use on your self or in your home.

CANCELLATION
If you change your mind, I will be happy to cancel the order if you notify me within 24 hours. If the stole has already shipped, you can mark it "refused" when it is delivered,  if you have not opened it, and it will come back to me with no additional shipping charges. I will refund the order, less shipping charges, when I receive it. (This only applies to orders cancelled within 24 hours).

RUSH OR EXPEDITED FEES: If you are returning an item for which you paid additional rush fees, your store credit for exchange will be the original price of the item. Rush fees, which include Express shipping, are non-refundable.
