Batik Cotton Print

Batik fabrics are made using a high thread count cotton fabric. The fabrics I purchase for my clergy stoles are usually imported from a tropical island. They are typically hand-dyed outdoors, so the colors and patterns can vary a lot. I love working with batik fabrics because the colors are so rich and the designs so earthy. The high-quality cotton is satisfying to work with and produces wonderful crisp edges.

Batik stoles may be hand washed in cold water, line dry, or dry cleaned.
